- Represented seller of global undersea cable network before the CFIUS (which terminated its review without formal investigation), Team Telecom, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) (which granted a first-ever expedited review for such a transaction and approved transaction in record time), and Congress.
- Represented buyer of foreign-owned U.S. fiber-optic network before the FCC and Executive Branch, resulting in first-ever termination of a security agreement.
- Successfully represented seller of U.S. mobile carrier to foreign buyer before the FCC and the CFIUS.
