HWG is proud to announce that Julie A. Veach has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA). This elevation positions Julie to play an integral role on behalf of the FCBA.
Julie served as both Chief of the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau and FCC Deputy General Counsel. She focuses her practice on telecommunications regulation and compliance, as well as the FCC’s universal service programs and its mergers and transactions review process.
The FCBA is a volunteer organization founded in 1936 focusing on telecommunications practices. It consists of attorneys, consultants, government officials, law students, and others committed to the development of communications law and policy.
