• Winning complete victory for an entertainment company after a nine-day federal jury trial, then successfully fending off an appeal.
• Obtaining favorable settlements for a state government in a long-running dispute other lawyers had deemed unwinnable. 
• Defending technology and telecom companies in federal agency enforcement actions, including one of the largest enforcement actions in FCC history;
• Achieving complete victory on behalf of a submarine cable company in the early stages of a federal court litigation;
• Successfully challenging FCC regulations in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
