Walter Anderson helps companies investigate and resolve their most challenging disputes.
For nearly two decades, Walter has helped some of the world’s most prominent companies address and resolve complex, high-stakes, and novel disputes with private and government entities. With every matter, Walter partners with his clients to understand, not only the dynamics of the individual disputes, but also the nuances of their industry and business operations. This partnership allows Walter to seek resolutions that are in his client’s best interest, whether that means early settlement or aggressive litigation through trial and appeal.

Representative Experience
- Resolved a nine-figure dispute over broadband infrastructure deployment for a Fortune 50 company that would have been among its largest litigation matters in history.
- Achieved complete victory on behalf of a submarine cable company in the early stages of a federal court litigation.
- Defended technology and telecom companies in federal agency enforcement actions, including one of the largest enforcement actions in FCC history.
- Reprsented a voice and messaging service provider in responding to investigation by a 50-state attorney general task force.
- Won complete victory for an entertainment company in a licensing dispute after a nine-day federal jury trial, and successfully fended off an appeal.
- Obtained favorable settlements for a state government in a long-running dispute other lawyers had deemed unwinnable.
- Advised a private equity firm on antitrust issues raised by a $100 million investment in a digital marketing and public relations agency.
