Lilit Sheymajash (Shimmy) Edwards is an associate at HWG LLP, where she focuses her practice on litigation and telecommunications law.

Prior to joining HWG, Shimmy was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where her practice included complex commercial litigation and telecommunications matters. She previously clerked for the Honorable Liam O’Grady in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Shimmy received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law and was a Law and Public Service Program Fellow. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
