Jordan Berry is an associate at HWG LLP. She represents companies in complex litigation matters in both trial and appellate courts.
Jordan has experience representing companies across various industries in complex federal and multi-district proceedings, including mass torts, products liability, fraud, and civil RICO cases. She assists clients to evaluate risks and develop litigation strategies, and has supported clients through investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to joining HWG, Jordan served as an associate at a global law firm in their litigation practice group. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the Mock Trial Board and was a member of the Duke Journal of Comparative and Internal Law. During law school, Jordan gained experience as a Legal Intern at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement through the SEC Scholars Program. She received her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Representative Experience
- Represented client during pretrial proceedings and throughout criminal trial in D.C. Superior Court. The client obtained a unanimous jury decision to acquit client on all counts, including four felony counts.
- Represented a global healthcare client in complex federal, state, and multi-district proceedings.
- Represented client throughout an SEC investigation and assisted the client in obtaining a settlement agreement.
