From Privilege Challenges to Remote Work: Keeping Up with Legal Ethics

On October 27, Deepika Ravi and Amy Richardson presented the CLE “From Privilege Challenges to Remote Work: Keeping Up with Legal Ethics” at the Life Insurance Counsel of New York (LICONY)’s 38^th Annual Tax Conference. The program discussed recent trends in legal ethics, including developments in privilege challenges, language access and client communication requirements, the ethics of cybersecurity and data breaches, and the rules of professional responsibility implicated by remote work.
