Partner Stephanie Weiner Argues Historic Net Neutrality Case in the DC Circuit

HWG partner Stephanie Weiner appeared before a three-judge panel in the DC Circuit today in a historic challenge to the FCC order rolling back net neutrality requirements.  Ms. Weiner argued on behalf of the Entertainment Software Association, the Internet Association, the Computer & Communications Industry Association, and the Writers Guild of America West in the closely-watched case.
