Kristine L. Devine was recently elected Co-Chair of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) Texas Chapter for 2024-2025. This allows Kristine to support programming and networking coordination in efforts to expand the telecommunications practice across the United States.
Kristine focuses her practice on communications agreements and transactions, and regulatory advocacy and compliance. She represents and advises clients before the Federal Communications Commission and other federal agencies; and has extensive experience assisting clients with gaining federal, state, and local approvals for transactions.
The FCBA is a volunteer organization founded in 1936 focusing on telecommunications practices. It consists of attorneys, consultants, government officials, law students, and others committed to the development of communications law and policy.
