On December 18, Adrienne Fowler and Deepika Ravi presented the CLE A Lawyer’s Ethical Duties to Understand Metadata, Digital Evidence in the Cloud, Secure Client Data, and More to the D.C. Bar. This CLE explored attorneys’ ethical duty to understand and use technology in their practice and discussed how the ethics rules apply to lawyers’ use of technology, including generative AI, social media, e-discovery, cloud storage, metadata, and more.
