On October 24, Deepika Ravi was a panelist on the CLE program “The Promise and Peril of Generative AI” presented by the Federal Communications Bar Association. The first part of the program, “The Ethics of Generative AI,” explored how the rules of professional responsibility govern attorneys’ use of ChatGPT and other emerging technology, and discussed other ethics issues implicated by use of AI.
