Sean Lev will chair a panel about federal permitting at Data Center POWER eXchange (DPX) 2026. He will moderate a timely discussion with three panelists on federal permitting reforms and how they impact data center development.
The panel, “Permitting in Practice: What’s Actually Moving,” will take place on Wednesday, September 30, at 1:45 p.m. Sean will be joined by Robert Smith of K&L Gates, Staci Pies of INCOMPAS, and Casey Chapman of Fundamental Data LLC to discuss common permitting issues like siting, environmental review, utility service, cost allocation, and community impacts.
With continuing public interest in and scrutiny of data centers, the panel will discuss current developments to highlight what is moving, what remains stuck, and where permitting, power availability, and public trust are likely to collide next. Learn more and register here.
