A former acting General Counsel of the Department of Energy and General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, Sean brings more than 30 years of experience helping clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors solve problems involving critical issues of administrative law. He advocates for clients before federal and state courts and agencies, helping them solve complex regulatory problems in technology, energy, and other fields.
