HWG LLP attorney Mark D. Davis will serve as a speaker during the Practising Law Institute’s continuing legal education (CLE) program, “Outsourcing 2025: Getting the Deal Done,” on November 5. Mark will lead the session titled “Ethical Issues in Negotiating Sourcing Deals,” where he will provide insight into key ethical concerns that can arise during the negotiation and execution of sourcing transactions.
