On March 11, Tricia J. Paoletta moderated the Federalist Society webinar, “Disinformation in Broadcasting and the Public Interest Standard,” examining the Communications Act public interest standard affecting broadcast network coverage, in light of complaints filed against the major networks, and limits to government regulation, safeguarded by the First Amendment.
Tricia’s practice focuses on technology policy. She primarily works with providers of mobile broadband, cloud, submarine cable and satellite. Tricia has experience providing advice on regulatory, trade, and legislative policy in addition to advising service providers on compliance and policy issues related to emerging technology.
