John A. Hodges was recently quoted in the Data Center Knowledge article, “AI Data Centers Pose Regulatory Challenge, Jeopardizing Climate Goals,” highlighting the ongoing discussion on growing data center use and the emerging regulatory landscape.
John spoke on the future of data center energy efficiency regulation, stating: “The federal government may stall, but states are where much of the regulatory action is happening… What’s going to happen next year is an open question at this point.” He also commented on current US regulations for data centers and how they vary.
