WASHINGTON, DC— HWG LLP is pleased to announce that Annick Banoun has been elected partner, effective January 1, 2025.

Annick provides strategic legal and policy advice to companies and organizations in the telecommunications and technology industries on a wide range of regulatory and related matters. She focuses on the regulation of over-the-top services, including video streaming, video gaming, cloud, content delivery networks, video conferencing, and digital advertising companies, among other areas. She has extensive experience representing clients on wireline and wireless regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and Congressional telecommunications-related working groups. Prior to joining HWG, Annick was an Attorney Advisor in the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau, having joined the agency through the Attorney Honors Program.
