On October 18, Charles T. Kimmett presented at the LAWorld EMEA Regional Meeting in Vienna, Austria, exploring strategies for building a client network with LAWorld Next Generation members. He highlighted techniques useful to new attorneys such as strengthening professional relationships, seeking and optimizing business opportunities, and improving elevator pitches to make them more captivating. 

Charley’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, complex business and contract disputes, appeals, and bid protest and procurement litigation. He serves as lead counsel, trying cases in federal courts, state courts, and before tribunals, with experience winning jury decisions, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations.
