On October 11, Jackie Terry Hughes spoke on the session, “What Every Fleet Safety Manager Needs to Know about Cell Phone Forensic Examinations and Why it Matters,” at the Annual Strength IN Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark Conference hosted by the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS).
Jackie explored the recent technological advancements that allow non-law enforcement to request forensic exams of employees’ cell phones for information and its implications on fleet programs and claims management. She offered fleet safety advice on how to navigate this change in environment successfully.
Jackie focuses her practice on risk management and prevention, along with litigation and compliance. She assists companies with mitigating fleet risk, counsels clients on fleet safety policies, and defends pharmaceutical companies, medical device entities, and other clients in federal and state courts.
