HWG is proud to announce that for the second year in a row, we have received Diversity Lab’s designation of Mansfield Certified Plus. This certification, the highest offered to firms of our size, reflects HWG’s ongoing commitment—and success—in advancing diversity.
To achieve Midsize Mansfield Certification, HWG participated in an initial 18-month certification process and 12-month recertification process to measure our commitment to hiring, advancing, and opening leadership and client service opportunities for lawyers from historically underrepresented groups.
