On September 10, Thomas B. Mason will present the CLE “Tri-State Ethics Confusion: Differences among the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virgina Rules 2024” to the D.C. Bar, exploring how the rules of professional conduct differ between these jurisdictions in various ethics areas and what attorneys can do to remain compliant with applicable rules.
Tom Mason is the founder of HWG’s Legal Ethics and Malpractice group and has experience in malpractice and disqualification litigation, disciplinary investigations and prosecutions, partner admissions and departures, and law firm dissolutions. He is a past Chair of the D.C. Bar Legal Ethics and Rules Revisions Committees.
