On April 2, Jason Neal and Owen Smith participated in the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) program: Enforcement 101: The FCC’s Administrative Hearing Process. Owen moderated and Jason served as a panelist on the CLE “The Future of ALJ Proceedings.” The CLE explored U.S. Supreme Court case SEC v. Jarkesy and its potential impact on the FCC.
