On February 5, Hilary Gerzhoy was quoted in the Law360 article “Rape Questions Could Be the Next Wave of Bar App Reforms.” The article discussed the current requirement in several jurisdictions that bar applicants reveal whether they’ve sought a restraining order or filed a Title IX proceeding, and efforts to eliminate questions that require sexual assault survivors report these orders and proceedings as part of the character and fitness component of their bar application.
