On January 24, Jason Neal moderated the CLE program Breaking Down the National Spectrum Strategy hosted by the Federal Communications Bar aAssociation (FCBA).

The program discussed the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) National Spectrum Strategy (NSS)—a “high-level blueprint” articulating the Biden-Harris Administration’s national objectives for spectrum policy. The NSS is a culmination of NTIA’s recent efforts to identify ways to support U.S. leadership in wireless technologies and services through improved spectrum management and access. In this program, representatives from government and industry examined the NSS and its potential future impacts on spectrum policy.
