On January 9, Hilary Gerzhoy and Grace Wynn presented the CLE program Withdrawing from a Client Representation: Breaking Up is Hard to Do for the D.C. Bar. This CLE discussed the ethics issues surrounding the termination of a representation prior to the conclusion of a matter, including permission from courts or tribunals, notice to clients, deadlines, and confidentiality.
