Hilary Gerzhoy Appointed to ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility

Hilary Gerzhoy has been appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. The Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility issues ethics opinions interpreting both the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the Model Code of Judicial Conduct. ABA Formal Opinions have been cited as persuasive when courts around the nation interpret state-adopted Rules of Professional Conduct.
