On June 27, Tim Simeone and Deepika Ravi will present the CLE Litigation Ethics to the D.C. Bar. This course will explore attorneys’ ethical obligations in civil and criminal litigation—both within the courtroom and outside the courthouse doors—including how the rules of professional conduct govern statements to a tribunal, methods of evidence gathering, witness access issues, discovery obligations, and settlement negotiations.
