An experienced litigator and telecom lawyer, Jason advises and advocates on behalf of clients on spectrum-related FCC proceedings, counsels clients on potential appeals from the FCC and other administrative agencies, and represents clients in appeals in federal courts.
Jason began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Steven M. Colloton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Supreme Court Chair for the Harvard Law Review. Jason received his B.A. from Harvard College, graduating cum laude.
