On October 20, Hilary Gerzhoy presented the CLE “Giuliani and the Ethics of Honesty” for the American Bar Association (ABA). This program examined what of Rudy Giuliani’s conduct relating to the 2020 presidential election was sanctionable and provide guidance on how to stay on right side of the ethics rules.
