Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis (“HWG”) today announced that Steven Fredley has rejoined the firm as partner after serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Sorenson Communications.
At Sorenson, Steve directed high-profile compliance programs for the telecommunications company, the nation’s leading provider of communications services for Deaf and other individuals with hearing hearing loss. Steve oversaw the company’s development and implementation of strengthened regulatory and legal compliance mechanisms, and managed corporate legal matters and outside counsel.

Prior to joining Sorenson, Steve spent over a decade at HWG, handling complex litigation and government investigations and receiving recognition for excellence from publications including Chambers USA.
