HWG’s Tricia Paoletta has been appointed to the Advisory Council of the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC). Her four-year term will begin in January 2021.
The PTC gathers regulators, providers, and other stakeholders from over 70 countries to promote the development and use of telecommunications in the Pacific region. The PTC’s Advisory Council plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s work and progress.
Tricia’s practice focuses on international telecommunications, trade, and technology policy. She has held senior positions with the FCC, the Office of the United States Trade Representative, and the Energy and Commerce Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. Earlier this year, Tricia was appointed Chair of the FCC’s World Radiocommunication Conference Advisory Committee.
