The ABA Forum on Communications Law and Federal Communications Bar Association will be hosting the 15th Annual Symposium on Privacy and Data Security on Monday, October 26th, 2020. The event will feature HWG’s Adrienne Fowler, as well as FCC Commissioner Geoffrey Starks and other experts from industry, government, and public interest groups. It will present an in-depth discussion of data privacy in the new decade, including the growing role of consumer data rights, increasing platform regulation, and ongoing debates over the efficacy of enforcement efforts.
