WASHINGTON, DC – Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP (HWG) has promoted three lawyers to its partnership: Paul Caritj, Deepika Ravi, and Colleen Sechrest.

Paul Caritj advises clients on communications law with a focus on spectrum policy and the regulatory dimensions of the commercial use of space, advocating for clients’ strategic interests in proceedings affecting domestic and international spectrum regulation. Paul, who was a tech entrepreneur prior to entering legal practice, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and received his undergraduate degree with high distinction from the University of Virginia.

Deepika Ravi is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and companies in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Deepika also has broad experience in advising clients on legal ethics issues, and coordinating internal investigations for clients anticipating civil litigation and clients facing government enforcement actions. Deepika earned her law degree from Stanford Law School and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Duke University.

Colleen Sechrest represents clients in the telecom and technology industries. On the regulatory side, she advises clients in connection with licensing and post-licensing regulatory compliance, and serves as regulatory counsel in connection with mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. On the commercial side, Colleen negotiates and drafts a variety of complex commercial agreements focused on technology and infrastructure development. Colleen received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School; her M.A. from Stanford University; and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
