HWG partner Michael Nilsson participated on a panel titled “Developments in Media and Video Regulation” at the PLI Telecommunications Institute on December 10 in Washington, DC.  The panel touched on major regulatory trends including those involving media ownership; program distribution across multiple platforms; retransmission consent; and next gen broadcasting.
