On September 17, Hilary Gerzhoy presented a CLE on The Professional Ethics Requirements Surrounding Implicit Bias, Discrimination, and Accusations of Misconduct for the Federal Communications Bar Association.  The CLE  covered topics including the terms of ABA Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4 and its guidance on implicit bias and discrimination, ABA and other state bar decisions and opinions on the issue including reporting requirements, the role of Rule 8.3, and firm, company and government codes of conduct.
