Adrienne Fowler and Roy Austin to speak at 14th Annual ABA and FCBA Privacy and Data Security Symposium

HWG partners Adrienne Fowler and Roy Austin will participate in the 14^th Annual ABA and FCBA Privacy and Data Security Symposium: Tech Frontiers in Communications Privacy.

The Symposium will take place in Washington, DC on March 21 and be available via webcast for remote participants.  It will examine the intersection of three areas of technical innovation—networks, platforms, and AI—with privacy and data security, bringing in a range of views from expert panelists to inform and debate while provoking thought on evolving use cases, threats, and solutions.

Ms. Fowler, who serves as Symposium Co-Chair, will moderate the panel “Data Protection Across Communications Networks.”  Mr. Austin, former Deputy Assistant to President Obama for Urban Affairs, Justice, and Opportunity, will speak on the panel “AI and Data Protection.” A detailed agenda and registration form for the symposium can be found here.
