Stephanie Weiner Participates in Congressional Briefing on Net Neutrality

HWG partner Stephanie Weiner participated in a briefing before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Communications and Technology subcommittee on Wednesday, February 6.  The public briefing focused on the oral arguments made before the DC Circuit in the historic case challenging the FCC’s order rolling back net neutrality agreement.  Ms. Weiner, who served as a senior legal advisor at the FCC prior to entering private practice, represented the Entertainment Software Association and the Internet Association in the closely-watched case.
