Thomas Mason and Lauren Snyder presented “Ethics and the Virtual Practice of Law” at the Clear Law Institute. The webinar included a discussion of how to define the virtual practice of law and the relevant ethics principles and constraints of virtual practice and telecommuting. The webinar also covered how different jurisdictions vary in their policies relating to requirements of “brick and mortar” offices or practicing through a strictly “virtual” law firm.
