The presentation, given to a group of in-house counsel, discussed the key ethical issues for in-house counsel including confidentiality, preserving privilege, and employee and company representation concerns.  The presentation also addressed ethical issues created by the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Dodd Frank Act.
