Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP successfully represented National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (“CFC”) in obtaining regulatory approvals from the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and the governments of the U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, and St. Maarten for the sale of the Innovative Companies’ fixed and mobile telecommunications and cable television businesses to ATN International, Inc. (“ATN”). Previously, HWG had represented CFC before those regulators and governments to obtain regulatory approvals for the acquisition of the Innovative Companies in 2009 and 2010 as part of a credit bid in federal bankruptcy court.

The HWG team was led by Kent Bressie and included Mike Nilsson, Julie Veach, Kristine Devine, Susannah Larson, Shiva Goel, and Traci Biswese.
