HWG partner Amy Richardson was recently featured in Corporate Crime Reporter on the publication’s “150 Women in White Collar” list. Ms. Richardson and her fellow honorees were chosen for their notable contributions to the practice area of white collar defense.
Ms. Richardson focuses on white collar criminal defense, regulatory compliance, government enforcement actions and complex civil litigation. Her clientele includes private companies, corporate executives, employees, and former government officials. Ms. Richardson represented one of the defendants in United States v. Price, Zaborsky & Ward, a high-profile obstruction of justice case in the D.C. Superior Court. The defendant was found not guilty.
Ms. Richardson is an active member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, practicing in Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, North Carolina.
