Both represent clients before various federal and state agencies, advise on compliance with standards and test procedures rules, and assist in resolving enforcement cases. Mr. Harris was recently General Counsel of DOE, where he developed the agency’s current enforcement program. Mr. Hodges has over 30 years of experience in energy efficiency rules.
